Transparent costs - fair conditions

At Helios Inkasso, you decide how you want to pay for our services. We offer you two tried-and-tested models to choose from: the classic fixed fee based on a fee table and a pure success fee. This means you always retain full cost control - according to your individual needs.

Fixed fee according to fee table

Remuneration according to the statutory 1.3 business fee (RVG)
The amount of the fee depends on the amount of the outstanding claim
Collection costs are initially charged to the debtor
If successful, the debtor assumes the entire costs
If you are unsuccessful, you will bear the collection costs incurred
Ideal for claims with a high probability of success

Advantage
Full payment of the principal claim upon successful realization

Cost risk
Only if unsuccessful - then you pay the collection fees

Success fee

No costs in the event of failure - 100% risk-free for you
In the event of successful debt collection, we retain 15% of the principal claim
You receive 85% of the amount collected
Helios Inkasso shall bear all further costs
Clear, uncomplicated regulation with prior remuneration agreement

No costs in the event of non-payment by the debtor

Cost risk
None - a percentage fee is only charged in the event of success
